SymvioHub — Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

SymvioHub is operated by AppNeed Solutions. This policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, and your rights under the GDPR and similar laws.

2. Data we collect

From account holders (freelancers): name, email, business details you enter (business name, address, tax ID, phone), logo, and subscription/billing information handled by our payment provider.

From clients using a portal: the information they submit in your portal — name, email, phone, project details, uploaded files, and signature data (typed/drawn name, timestamp and IP address).

3. Controller and processor

For your own account data, AppNeed Solutions is the data controller. For the client data you collect through your portals, you are the data controller and SymvioHub acts as your data processor — we process that data on your behalf and under your instructions.

4. How we use data

We use account data to provide and bill the service, send service emails, and offer support. We use client portal data solely to deliver the portal experience you configured — displaying the form, storing uploaded files, recording signatures, and sending the emails you trigger.

5. Storage & sub-processors

Files uploaded through portals are stored on Cloudflare R2 (EU region). Transactional emails are sent through Resend. Application hosting and database are provided by Base44. Payments are handled by our payment provider. Each processes data only as needed to provide their part of the service.

6. Retention

Portal data is retained while your account is active. Inactive portals are auto-archived after 30 days on the Starter plan. When you delete a portal, its files are permanently removed from storage. When you close your account, we delete or anonymize your data within a reasonable period unless we must retain it for legal reasons.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us. If you are a client who submitted data to a freelancer's portal, contact that freelancer (the controller) first; we will assist them in responding.

8. Cookies

SymvioHub uses only essential cookies needed to keep you logged in and run the application. We do not use advertising cookies.
