1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any AppNeedSolutions website, application, or service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Services

AppNeedSolutions provides micro-SaaS software applications on a subscription basis. Features, pricing, and availability may change with reasonable notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any service with 30 days' notice to active subscribers.

3. User Accounts & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract to use our paid services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis as selected at checkout. Payments are processed by LemonSqueezy as Merchant of Record. All prices are shown in USD and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer pro-rata refunds for partial periods, except where required by applicable law.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from our applications; use our services for illegal activities; resell or sublicense access to our services without written permission; or interfere with the operation of our infrastructure.

6. Intellectual Property

All AppNeedSolutions software, designs, trademarks, and content are the exclusive property of AppNeedSolutions. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the relevant application(s) during the subscription term.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AppNeedSolutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece and the European Union. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Athens, Greece.
